In 2006 Odekerken sr. and jr. acquired production company Expo-Met. At the time the factory manufactured metal cases, assembly cases, workbenches and tube benders for companies such as Black & Decker and Rems & Rothenberger. In 2010 the company started the production of their own commercial vehicle Van Racking Kits. A new “Ikea-minded” system was devised.
In September 2012 the current production facility was purchased. This facility is fully equipped to realize the production of fine sheet metal. Production on a modest scale was started in early 2013.
We work with lightweight modules, and offer our customers a range of different solutions to meet their needs. Modular design allows us to perfectly equip the interior of the vehicle. We carry out designs for the customer, and offer extensive consulting – starting from consultation with the customer and defining his needs, through the execution of the project, to the finalization of the order and installation. We are able to offer solutions to even the most demanding customers.
Van Care places a very high emphasis on work safety and testing of its products. We realize that a well-arranged space not only increases safety at work, but most importantly, increases efficiency. Our products meet the requirements of even the most demanding standards, including ISO 9001 and TÜV.
Van Care uses one of the most modern machine fleets in Poland, equipped with modern CNC machines, among others. Thanks to advanced technology, in 2018 we developed a new packaging and assembly system modeled on IKEA’s solutions.
